Description
The Railway Inn is a mid-19th century building located on Blockley Station Road. It is two storeys high and constructed from coursed rubble with a hipped slate roof. The facade features four windows with 16-pane sashes. There are two doorways, one on each side of the central ground floor window, both with overlights above. At the northern end of the building, there are two stepped, extruded chimneys. The inn was opened to accommodate the navvies who were constructing the Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton railway line.
