Description
Rodneys is an early 19th-century detached villa that stands two storeys tall, although it was originally three storeys. The building is constructed of ashlar stone and features a band above the ground floor, along with moulded wooden eaves that have a wide soffit. It has a hipped tiled roof and four windows, which have marginal glazing on the sashes. To the left of the centre, there is a half-glazed door. The villa has panelled side chimneys and a four-window return, with the left-hand window blocked. The main door is set in a rebate to the right of centre and is adorned with arched, panelled reveals, a traceried fanlight, and a panelled door. The villa is included for its group value.
