Description

The Francis Woolley monument, located in the churchyard of the Church of St. Peter, is a chest tomb dating from the late 17th century. It is made of limestone and features a plain double inscription panel on the south side, which includes a raised marginal panel with beaded mouldings and a similar central dividing panel. The tomb is topped with a thick capping that has a moulded margin. The monument is situated approximately 2 metres east of the south porch of the church.
