Description

St Lawrence is an early to mid-19th century semi-detached house, attached to The Old Rectory. It is constructed of incised render with a slate roof. The house has a rectangular plan with a small extension set at right angles to the rear; a 20th-century flat-roofed extension is not of particular interest. The two-storey, three-windowed facade features 12-pane sash windows, complete with horns. A band runs horizontally between the floors, and pilasters are situated between the windows, offset from the corners. A single-storey extension at the rear contains two 20th-century panelled doors. It has a moulded cornice. The roof is hipped. The interior has not been inspected. The building possesses group value.
