Description

Church Cottage is a detached cottage from the 18th century. It features square-panelled timber framing with painted brick infill and a thatched roof adorned with decorative ridge thatching. There is a painted brick stack, and the cottage has a rectangular plan. At the rear, there is a single-storey flat-roofed extension that is not of special interest. The cottage is one storey with an attic and has a two-windowed facade, which is lit by two 2-light wooden casements. A narrow 20th-century studded plank door with decorative strap hinges is located towards the right gable end. Additionally, there is a two-light casement with leaded panes in the right gable end that overlooks the churchyard. The interior has not been inspected.
