Description
This stable range, located about 50 meters southeast of Sydenham House, dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a slate roof that is hipped at both ends. The stable range serves as additional stabling for the coachhouse and stable block situated to the north of the house. The building is two storeys high and has seven entrances on the front, one of which is blocked, all set under segmental arches. On the right side of the front, there are two loft entrances; the loft on the left has been converted into a workshop and includes three 20th-century windows with glazing bars. The interior boasts pegged roof trusses. This structure is included for its group value with Sydenham House.
