Description

Number 1 Drake Road is a building dating from around 1830. It stands three storeys high and is finished in roughcast with a slate roof. The building features three sash windows; the first-floor windows have glazing bars, a cornice, and console brackets, while the ground-floor windows are fitted with shutters. The central entrance is framed by a doorcase that includes a cornice, pilasters, a lamp with a bracket, and panelled reveals. The door itself is a six-panelled design, with the top two panels cut away and glazed.
