Description

The village cross in Northlew dates back to the 15th century and was restored in 1900 by Hems and Sons. It is made of granite and features a renewed octagonal shaft topped with the original lantern head, which includes cinquefoil niches and a cushion-stopped base. The entire structure is set on three octagonal steps, with the top step displaying worn carvings on each side.
