Description
Path House is a cottage dating from the early 18th century that has been modernised in the 20th century. It features plastered rubble and cob walls with a gable-ended thatch roof. There is a brick stack at the right gable end and a rear lateral stack. The layout consists of a two-room plan, with the left-hand room heated by the rear lateral stack and the right-hand room heated by the gable end stack. The exterior is two storeys high and has an asymmetrical front with two windows, featuring early 20th century two and three-light casements and slate drip moulds above the ground floor windows. A 20th century lean-to porch is located to the left, with a part-glazed door behind it. The interior has been entirely modernised in the late 20th century, with no original features remaining, as the roof timbers were removed during this renovation.
