Description
No 1 King Street is an 18th-century building that was formerly known as the Exeter Inn, a coaching house. It stands three storeys high and features a three-window front that is finished in stucco. The building has a slate roof. The doorcase is notable for its open pediment supported by brackets, and it includes a panelled door with reveals.
