Description

This is a pair of semi-detached houses, now comprising three units, built around the 1840s. They are constructed from local slatestone rubble, featuring brick dressings around the openings and hipped dry slate roofs. The houses have a central stone stack and rendered stacks for the service wings. The layout is double-depth, with service blocks set back on the outer sides. The buildings are two storeys high and have a two-window front on the main range, with segmental brick arches above 8/8-pane sash windows and six-panel outer doors that include margin panes in the overlights. The interior has not been inspected.
