Description

The Post Office on Abbey Place is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a slate roof that is concealed by a parapet and has a moulded cornice. The centre bay of the building projects slightly, and it has end quoins. There are three sash windows with glazing bars intact, set in recessed surrounds. Additionally, there is a one-storey extension built out in a matching style.
