Description

Milestone located at SX 435 757, dating from the late 19th century to early 20th century. It is made of granite and has an irregular block shape with a facetted triangular top. The right face features the lettering "LAMERTON 3 MILES." The milestone is set on a square plinth and stands about one metre high, while the left face has no decipherable lettering.
