Cottage. Probably C18. Plastered granite stone rubble, maybe with cob; stone rubble stacks topped C20 bricks; thatch roof. Plan: 2-room plan cottage with central through passage, facing south. Each room heated by a gable-end stack. 2 storeys. Exterior: irregular 3-window front of C20 casements with glazing bars, the first floor ones are half dormers. Doorway just left of centre contains a C20 door behind a contemporary gabled and thatch-roofed porch. Interior not inspected.
