Description

This is a large headstone located approximately 4.5 metres north of the north transept of the Church of St. Andrew in Buckland Monachorum. The headstone is dated 1745 and 1759 and commemorates members of the Carter family. It is made of slate and features a large square shape with decorative details at the top, including skulls, winged angel's heads, and a plant motif.
