Description

Nos 12 and 13 form a pair of buildings on The Quay in Appledore. They likely date from the early 19th century and have been altered since. The front of the buildings is rendered and features a wooden bracket supporting an open pediment. The buildings are three stories high, with two sash windows on each floor. Glazing bars remain in the ground and first-floor windows of No 12. There are paired entrances. Nos 12 and 13, along with other buildings on The Quay, form a group of listed buildings.
