Description

Rosalind and Claremont is an early 19th-century pair of two-storey buildings located on Marine Parade in Appledore. They are constructed of stucco and together create a three-window front. The buildings feature an ogee bracket eaves cornice. On the roof of No 1, there is a square look-out lantern with slate-hung sides below the glazing. The ground floor has a rusticated appearance. The doorways are linked and have Tuscan engaged columns, leading to wooden cases with radial-bar fanlights. Nos 1 to 8, in sequence, form a group.
