Description

Bradbourne House is an early 19th-century house on Marine Parade, Appledore, part of a group of eight properties. It is a three-storey, three-window building with a stucco facade. The lower storey is rusticated. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and one window on the first floor is blind. An ogee bracket eaves cornice runs along the roofline. The upper floors have sunk-panelled pilasters on the sides. A Doric porch has been added with glazing, and a wrought iron balcony balustrade sits above it. The roof is tiled.
