Description

This milestone, located approximately 220 meters northeast of the entrance to Pillhead House, dates from the early 19th century. It is made of granite and has a short, round-headed shape. The stone features an incised inscription that reads "7 BARUM 1 1/4 BIDEFORD." Additionally, it carries a benchmark.
