Description

Marshford is a 17th-century house with later alterations, featuring white-washed stucco from the late 18th or early 19th century. It has an L-shaped design with wooden eaves. The wing, known as Hornsey Cottage, has a tablet inscribed with the year 1619. The house includes sash windows with glazing bars and a gabled porch adorned with a wavy barge board. The cottage is two stories tall and has two windows, along with an 18th-century six-panel door made of stone.
