Description

This is an 18th-century building, located on Odun Road in Appledore, which has undergone alterations. It comprises number 5, together with a section of number 4A, and was formerly listed as numbers 4A and 5 separately. The front of the building is plastered. It features sash windows with segmental heads and keystones; one window has the inscription β€œlA l737”. The portion of the building that is now part of number 4A includes a doorway with shaped consoles and altered glazing bars. Number 5 has an altered entrance, featuring flat pilasters and a cornice resting on enriched consoles. A first-floor band runs around the building. The listed buildings along Odun Road are considered to form a group.
