Description

This is an 18th or early 19th century building overlooking the estuary. It is constructed with roughcast and limewashed walls, and has a prominent first-floor band. The roof is slate-covered with pedimented gable ends. The main front of the building is two stories high with three windows. A wing extends to the north. The first floor features sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor has French windows and a round-headed central doorway, along with a good trellis verandah. A small ancillary building is located at the rear.
