Description

The Palmer chest tomb, located about 3 meters south of the center of the south aisle of the Church of St Giles, dates from the early 19th century. It is made of stone rubble and features a slate lid that commemorates James Palmer, who died in 1837. The inscription on the lid is bordered by a key pattern.
