It is two storeys tall and features two sash windows on the first floor, which have glazing bars and a blank panel in the centre. The exterior is finished in colourwashed stucco and has a wood bracket eaves cornice. The ground floor window on the right has been altered and is now a three-light casement with glazing bars. The central entrance includes a door with Gothic glazing and a trellis porch with pointed arches. There is a narrow front garden with ornamental railings above a low wall. This building, along with number 26, forms a group.
