Description

The kitchen garden walls in the grounds of the now-demolished Annery House date from 1813, as inscribed over the door to the south. These walls form a tall circuit, measuring approximately 3 to 5 meters in height, constructed of coursed slatestone rubble with raised pilasters and brick coping. Flat stone arches are present over the doorways, enclosing an area of about 60 by 40 meters. Annery House itself was demolished in 1957.
