Description
Priestacott Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse located in Frithelstock. It is constructed of cob on a stone plinth, with a roughcast front. The roof is half-hipped thatch, featuring a lateral stack made of rendered stone at the rear and a 19th-century brick stack at the right end. The building has a three-unit plan and stands two stories tall, with a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a 20th-century plank door set within a 19th-century beaded frame. Above the 20th-century casements are flat rendered arches. There is a stair-turret located at the center of the rear wall. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
