Description

This building, located on the west side of High Street, is a bank dating to circa 1830, and opened as a bank in 1834. It is a two-story building with four windows. The front is rendered in stucco and painted, with the lower story rusticated. A moulded cornice runs below the parapet and also at the level of the first floor. A round-headed doorway is situated on the right side. The first-floor windows are sash windows with central glazing bars, and feature alternating pediments supported by consoles. The building is part of a group of listed buildings along High Street.
