Description

This is a probably mid-19th century building on Regent Street in Dawlish. It is two storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior. The roof is slate-covered. There are four windows, with two curved sash windows in a first-floor bow which is corbelled out over the pavement. The doorcase features a six-panelled door and a canopy supported by brackets.
