Description

The Elizabeth Williams chest tomb, located about 15 metres southeast of the chancel of the Church of St John the Baptist, is a chest tomb from the late 19th century made of Portland stone. It features a sarcophagus resting on moulded feet and has a coped lid. The inscription on the tomb commemorates Elizabeth Williams, who died in 1857.
