Description

The pedestrian footbridge, built in 1873 by the South Devon Railway Company, is a railway footbridge located at Dawlish Warren. It features large red brick piers that are pierced by tall arches, which are supported by stone lintels and topped with stone coved cornices. The stairs and the span of the bridge are constructed with iron beams, complemented by cast-iron balustrades and spandrels.
