Description

The remains of Waddeton Manor House are roofless ruins dating from around the 16th century, likely with later additions. The structure is built of stone rubble with sandstone dressings. The walls are much reduced and now form the enclosure of a rectangular garden. There are two arched doorways and the sandstone jambs of another doorway. Additionally, a freestanding structure to the west of the walled enclosure features a sandstone two-centred arch doorway with roll-moulding set in a chamfered square frame.
