Description

An early 19th-century pair of buildings located on the south side of South Street. The buildings present a symmetrical three-window facade, with number 26 being double-fronted (two windows) and number 27 having a single window. They are three storeys high with hipped Welsh slate roofs and gable stacks. The facades are plastered and feature pilaster strips indicating quoins and floor bands, as well as a wooden eaves cornice. The windows are architraved sashes with glazing bars. Recessed doorways are present, each with a rectangular fanlight above a panelled door.
