Description

This is a 19th-century milestone made of cast iron, located immediately north-east of Torr Hill (House). It has a triangular shape with a semi-pyramidal top resembling an obelisk. The milestone is positioned against a wall and displays the distance of 11 miles to Plymouth on one side and 11 miles from Plymouth on the other side.
