Description

East Knowle is a detached cottage located in Bigbury, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. The building is rendered with a thatched roof and has two storeys featuring three windows with 9 over 12-pane sash designs on the upper floor, which have slight eyebrows above them. There is a 20th-century thatched hood over the door situated between the second and third bays. The roof is hipped, and there is a cropped stack on the left side. A large back wing is present but is not of special interest.
