Description

This barn, located approximately 50 metres south-west of Warleigh Barton, dates from the 17th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and features an asbestos slate roof with both hipped and gabled ends. The barn has a long range with opposing cart entrances situated to the right (north) of the centre on both sides. The western side includes a gabled extension and a lean-to. Massive stone buttresses with set-offs support the structure, and there are ventilation slits with internal splays.
