Description

1 Bank Lane is an early 19th-century building that has been altered over time. It is three storeys high and features two windows. The roof is hipped and covered with Welsh slate, and it has projecting eaves supported by brackets. The front of the building is rendered, while the south return is hung with slate. The windows are recessed and have architraves, with glazing bars. The ground floor has modern openings. This building is included for its group value, as it may have originally served as a detached kitchen for a building that was once located at 30 Fore Street.
