Description

A cottage, likely of circa 18th century or earlier origin. It is constructed of rendered stone rubble and cob, with a thatched hipped roof. The cottage is L-shaped. The south east front has a three-window range, and an additional window in a projecting wing to the left (south east). The windows are circa 19th century two- and three-light casements with glazing bars. A central plank door has a slate hood. There is an external, rendered chimney stack on the rear wall facing the road, and further stacks at the north east end and the south west side of the wing.
