Description
This small farm building, located approximately 100 metres north of West Saunton Farmhouse, is likely from the 18th century. Originally used to house a cider mill, it is now a general farm store. The structure is built of cob and rubble, topped with a half-hipped thatch roof. It has two storeys and features a single cell irregular plan. On the south-west side, there is a pantiled rubble outshut to the right of the door, which has a timber lintel. External stone steps at the north-west end lead to a blocked loft door that has an inserted two-light casement. The south-east end has two casements, while the north-east side is blind.
