Description

Warren Cottage and Vine Cottage are a pair of cottages, likely built in the 18th century. They have a core made of cob and rubble, which is rendered and roughcast, and are colourwashed. The cottages feature a gabled straw-thatched roof, with one stack having a brick shaft and two stacks with rendered shafts. Each cottage has a single depth plan with two rooms. The buildings are two storeys tall with an attic and have a symmetrical facade with two windows on the first floor. The windows are 19th-century casements with one, two, and three lights, all featuring glazing bars. There are two door openings; the left side has a 19th-century plank door with a simple thatched bonnet hood, while the right side has a 20th-century panelled and glazed door. The interior has not been inspected.
