Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on Pilton Street in Barnstaple. It is constructed with solid rendered walls and has a slate roof, with red brick chimneys positioned on each end wall. The house is three storeys high and has a three-window front. A round-arched doorway is centrally located, currently featuring a late 20th-century six-panelled door and a fanlight with coloured leaded glass. The windows are uniform, featuring eight-pane sashes throughout. Giant pilaster strips are positioned at either end of the front facade, rising to a 20th-century boxed eaves cornice. The interior remains uninspected.
