The building has a symmetrical two-room central stairhall plan, with service rooms in a one-and-a-half storey continuous rear outshut that includes a stone rubble stack at the right end. The house is two storeys tall and has a three-window range, all of which consist of 12-paned hornless sashes with original glazing.
