Description

Mill Bridge is a road bridge over the South Yeo River, likely built in the 18th century. It is constructed from local mudstone rubble laid in rough courses. The bridge features two segmental, almost round-headed arches, which are plain vaults made with rubble voussoirs. A cutwater rises to the level of the parapet, which is fitted with plain pine railings from the 20th century. The road ramps up on each side, creating a humpback shape.
