Description

Prescott is a small country house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It features incised stucco and render with dry slate hipped roofs and rendered stacks located on the left, at the rear of the right-hand room, and at the rear of the wings, topped with slate pots. The house has a U-shaped double-depth plan.

The exterior consists of two storeys with a symmetrical three-window front. The original windows are 12-pane hornless sashes. There is a central doorway with a porch and a four-panel door. The left-hand return has two windows and a doorway with a panelled door on the right.

The interior has not been inspected, but some original window shutters are noted, suggesting it may contain features of interest.
