Description

Broomhill is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of stucco over mass walling and features a slate roof with rendered stacks. The building has a square plan and stands two storeys high with two windows. The windows are sashes without glazing bars and have sliding shutters on the first floor. A verandah with cast-iron columns wraps around the south side of the house. The interior has not been inspected.
