Description

The churchyard cross in Cadbury is a Grade II listed structure. It features a medieval socket stone and shaft, with a cross head that was likely replaced in the 19th century. The cross is made of granite. The socket stone is square in shape with chamfered stopped corners. The shaft is tapering and octagonal, constructed from two pieces of granite, with the upper piece having a moulded band and pyramid stops. The cross head is probably a chamfered design from the 19th century.
