Description
This is an early 19th-century limestone warehouse located on the west side of The Strand in Topsham, currently occupied by Grimshaw Engineering. The building features four bays and has a gable end facing the street with a door. It is topped with a hipped slate roof. This warehouse is included in the listing for its group value, as it contributes to the overall significance of the listed buildings along The Strand.
