Description

This building is a warehouse located between Nos 3 and 4 on Exe Street in Topsham, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of limestone with red brick dressings and features three storeys, with one wing having two storeys. The warehouse has sash windows that include glazing bars and is topped with a slate roof. It was partly used as the malthouse for the Salutation Hotel on Fore Street.
