Description
Number 89 Queen Street is a building dating from around 1840. It is a four-storey structure with a seven-window stucco front. The upper floors feature pilasters adorned with honeysuckle and scroll designs at the tops. The original ground floor pilasters are still present between the shops, although the mouldings are missing from number 90. Each shop has one window, which consists of sashes with glazing bars. The roof is not visible from the street. Numbers 74 to 91, along with the Queen's Hotel, form a group of buildings of architectural significance.
