Description

75 Queen Street is an early 20th-century building featuring an ashlar ground floor and yellow brick with stone dressings above. The ground floor consists of four bays that are rusticated and vermiculated. The first and second floors each have five paired arched windows set within larger arches. At the parapet level, there is a pediment and balustrade. The roof is not visible. This building is included for its group value with Nos 74 to 91 (consecutive) and the Queen's Hotel, forming a cohesive architectural group.
