Description

Nos 34 to 36 on Bartholomew Street East are 18th-century buildings that were likely originally a well-proportioned two-storey structure with a five-window front. A second floor has been added, and the original glazing bars have been removed. The buildings feature chequered brickwork in red with blue headers, a simple late Georgian doorcase, brick quoins, and a cornice at the second-floor level. The slate roof is adorned with three gabled dormers, and there are iron railings present. These buildings are part of a group of listed buildings on Bartholomew Street East.
